Her Majesty Queen Catherine and her Royal advisors are currently undertaking the task of drafting the first Kohlandian Constitution.

This document, which seeks to provide freedom and equality for all Kohlandian Citizens and establish the framework of a Kohlandian Government, shall establish a Constitutional Monarchy governed by direct democracy.

“It is the hope that Kohlandia will demonstrate that a traditional representative democracy system is no longer required in the modern age,” Queen Catherine said.

“In a modern nation with an Internet-connected Citizenry, every adult in Kohlandia will be free to participate in the functions of the Legislature; and vote on all laws.”

The draft Constitution is expected to be made available for public comment soon.
